Give
We consider our church a gift from God. It is a result of grace in its purest form. There is nothing any of us possess that isn’t a direct result of God’s provision. In the Old Testament we are told to give a tenth of one’s total income. In the New Testament Jesus raised the bar by demanding obedience which came from the heart and Paul commanded sacrificial giving. Although the Scripture gives no specific amount, we believe it is a privilege to use the resources entrusted to us to further great commission work.
As Jesus said to His disciples, “Freely you have received, freely give”. So that decision is up to you. Prayerfully consider what you feel God is telling you to do. He gave His all for us. It was the supreme sacrifice. And as such we as believers belong to Him. All we have belongs to Him.
